If you hate the snow, and you don't mind the occasional brush fire in midwinter, I'd like to welcome you to sunny Southern California. Today is a beautiful day, and I'm wearing shorts outside in the garden. Heck, last week I went outside, and it's actually warmer at midnight than midday, up to 70°F with a brisk east wind.

We are finally getting some rain, after a long dry spell. Heck, in the last storm, we got all of 0.05 inches.  A real gully-rinser.

But if you do come, please, bring water.
