It's too easy to come up with titles for Steps that haven't happened, or at least haven't happened on-screen. Maybe, somewhere, Skysaber is reading some of these stories instead of the ones we got. Or maybe these might spark some ideas amongst the Fanfic^2 writers. Anyway, I thought it appropriate to collect them here as I notice (or come up with) them...

The target was tall, elegant, and dressed in an overly ostentatious set of black and purple robes that in the magelight he'd conjured practically gleamed. The ensemble was topped with a matching turban. The whole thing screamed "I will be king."

The prominent nose set firmly above his black Van Dyke-style mustache-and-goatee was elevated just high enough that he could look down over it on everyone else -- most of all his (absent) boss, who was sadly unaware...

Bob, has there been any occasion where Doug's had to use a different portal to the one he came in through? I was thinking of something like a Nanoha-style dimensional distortion enveloping the site, or someone repairing the fabric of the universe at that point.

I did NOT realize just how freaking LOUD this thing was!!!

On the second video at (1:53) -- "Why would you put a jet helicopter engine in a motorcycle frame and try to pilot it down the street? And the answer is - BECAUSE WE CAN!!!"

I like the crazed look in the man's eyes as he says that. Hehehe...

Obviously Doug's bike has an engine that is a LITTLE more purpose built as a bike engine than this. That or he's got the most...

I don't know why I was surprised at all, and most of you have probably seen it long since, but a friend recently sent me the link below: a recording of "We Didn't Start the Fire" with associated pictures. No moving images, and of course no Sensurround such as Lisa got, but you can get the feeling of being a bargain-basement version of Doug.

This is...a totally odd idea, but I haven't been able to shake it from my brain for a while now.

I'm not sure what circumstances would lead to this, but bear with me for the moment. Let's say, hypothetically, for whatever story reason... I picked up a copy of Matthew Reilly's latest 'The Six Sacred Stones' (an advantage of living in said authors home country) and I finished reading it not that long ago too.

Well, I noticed something in part of that books' plot points that might apply to WW-Earth aka Doug's home stomping grounds. What it was could be used as a reasoning for why WW-Earth's Japan is so Xenophobic, being that they're the last bastion of the first evolution of mankind. You'll be correct, if your thinking of...

Okay, I know that Doug has in his helmet a version of Michael Jackson's Thriller that has the title track as "Moonlight."

So that means that some items of Warriors' World pop culture would be familiar yet strange to us. I just thought of Doug's reaction to seeing The Dukes of Hazzard.
